Sizing & fit

Many of our pieces are designed free-fitting and offered in a small size range, so they sit beautifully across a spread of figures. A detailed size guide is on its way. In the meantime, if you would like help choosing your size or understanding how a particular cut wears, write to us at Thula@ThulaSindi.com — we are glad to advise.

Shipping

Shipping is on us, anywhere in South Africa. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 48 hours.

Returns & exchanges

If a piece is not quite right, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. Return shipping is provided free of charge — simply email returns@thulasindi.com and we will arrange collection.

Payments

Checkout is secure, processed through PayFast. Prefer to pay over time? Choose to pay monthly with mobicred at checkout, also via PayFast.

Garment care

Our garments are made in small batches and meant to be touched and treasured. Always follow the care label sewn into each piece. As a rule, treat delicate fabrics gently — cool, careful handling and proper storage keep their shape and finish for years. For care advice on a specific piece, reach us at Thula@ThulaSindi.com.
